Our very own principal, Mr. Gautham Kumar delivered his speech on the topic: Education in Food Technology and Hospitality Industry at the recently concluded Dinakaran Educational Expo that was held at the Raja Muthaiah Mandram, emphasizing on Hotel Management as a career that is gaining popularity as a course chosen by more and more students soon after completing their 10th or 12th standard.

Jayaram College students, R. Gopi Saravanan and A. Peter Antro Regis, recently participated in a fireless cooking competition that was held at the Annai Fathima Arts & Science College in the month of March. The task was to create unique dishes from scratch without the use of fire of any form of heat. Our students created a salad vegetable Satay and smoothies.
